An arbiter whose knowledge and personality inspired others and who ensured that their professional and positive attitude increased the quality of tournaments they officiated.
International arbiter who acted as Chief Arbiter in at least three World Events (ie. Events published in the FIDE Calendar under the section “World Events”).
