the 47th International Chess Tournament “Ikaros 2024” and its parallel activities will take place from 11 – 21 July 2024 in Ikaria, Greece.

The program includes the Aegean International Open Championship, the Mediterranean Rapid Team Tournament, individual rapid chess matches, blindfold chess, chess 960, simultaneous exhibitions, lectures, guided tours and other chess and cultural activities.

The traditional annual chess event “Ikaros” will be held for the 47th time in Agios Kyrykos and other villages of Ikaria.
