Route: Cableway station – Medeu Ice Rink in Almaty

Participants: young chess players, members of the Kazakhstan national team and chess officials.

The chess torch relay will finish at the Medeu ice rink, a sport symbol of Kazakhstan, and will be followed by a concert program and a blitz tournament.
