7.20 World Chess Day Festival will be organised in Liaocheng, China. A big festival on July 20 will feature seminars, tournaments, simuls, etc., to celebrate the international chess day and FIDE 100 anniversary.

Besides, a big tournament will be held as part of the celebrations. It is planned to have 2000-3000 over-the-board games and 5000 games on-line! The tournament will be a part of the Guinness World Records attempt.
