The FIDE100 Celebrations coincide with the 50th anniversary of the Malaysian Chess Federation.

Malaysia is a multi-ethnic society that celebrates its diversity. This is well demonstrated in Chess, where inclusivity extends to Gender, Age and Abilities.

Special support will be given to encourage participation of players with disabilities from Malaysia and other countries.
